Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the rolls are unopened, in their original cellophane wrapping, and within 30 days of purchase.

• 2.
  Request Return

  Log into your account or use our return portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package & Label

  Securely pack the rolls in their original box and attach the return shipping label provided.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
